Who is Seismic?

Seismic focuses on sales enablement and content management solutions. Their platform helps organizations improve sales effectiveness by centralizing and organizing marketing materials, sales content, and collateral in one easily accessible location.

Project Context

Sellers lack a rich set of case studies to close deals and marketing cannot cater to sales needs in a timely manner, due to bandwidth limitations and an inefficient case study production process that takes several weeks to produce one case study. We wanted to improve the case study production process by offering a tool that uses AI to automatically generate case studies from meeting transcripts, with predefined prompts. This will decrease time to launch a new case study from several weeks to a few days, increasing deal velocity for sales and improving Seismic's long term user retention.

Defining the Flow

I worked with project manager and engineers to define the user flow for creating a case study.

Configuration

Before generating a case study, users need to configure the prompts that would be run in the AI tool. Seismic leverages the Microsoft Power Automate to automate workflows. In Seismic's settings, users can download the Power Automate app and I designed the configuration screen where they can create custom case study templates and enter AI prompts for each field of the case study that will be used to generate the case study content.

Case Study Orchestrator

After designing the configuration screen, I moved on to the case study orchestrator. Here, users can select a case study template and import a transcript from Zoom, Seismic Meetings, or upload one from their computer. The case study text is generated and users can polish the copy by regenerating the results, modifying the text using the formatting options offered, or manually edit the text themselves.
